Proviron....when to start??

IF you were about to do a 10-12 week cycle...would you use the proviron starting day one or would you wait a week or so? What is better advised because I have heard different suggestions. I also heard that if you start right away...you may loose some of the results from the deca, sust, test, dbol, etc...whatever it is that you are using.

all it usually prevents is a bunch of Bloat....Which is a good thing

Well it depends on the individual,i waited a week then started at 1 tab per day,for extra hardness and increase in libido i ran 2 tabs per day.
