Proviron vs. Novaldex?

Aikido

New member
I have read that some guys use proviron in place of nolvadex. Does proviron work better as an anti-estrogen drug? Is it similar to the benefits of arimidex? I was wondering because I have read some older posts and got mixed information. One of the profile boards stated that it acts as both a blocker anti-e and it will prevent aromatization (spelling?).

I am waiting to figure this out prior to my next cycle of dbol, sust and winny.

Any thoughts or input?
Thanks guys!:D

No.. It is a decent aromtase blocker but it does not bind to the estrogen receptor sites like nolvadex. You can use novaldex for all instances of estrogen management but you can only use Proviron to help block testosterone conversion to estrogen.

Nolva blocks receptors so estrogen can not bind. Proviron stops the process of conversion to estrogen. Which certainly in my thinking makes Proviron the better of the two.

When using Nolva the excess estrogen is free to circulate until through other processes the body eliminates it. Or until you stop Novla therapy which then more or less allows the flood gate to open, with estrogen binding at a high rate.

Proviron will keep the amount of circulating estrogen low, by slowing the rate of aromatization. Proviron is its self an androgen replacement.

Proviron is certainly not as good as arimidex in terms of use as an anti-e. However Proviron is great when you add it to a low androgen cutting cycle, which sometimes results in low sex drive. Proviron will cure that.. Also probably because of the anti-e properties Proviron will add a nice level of hardnesss to the muscles... I use Proviron in many of my cycles at 50mg pd, and have never had a problem with e-related sides...
