1-i just started proviron today. Is 50 mg proviron enough estrogen blockage for 250 mg enanthate/week? or should I take liquidex as well? (like .25 mg ed?)

2-Also, how long untill the sexual overdrive effect kicks in?

well it's hard to say cause you can never know how prone to gyno you are,myself i'm not cause i'm on 400mg cyp/week and 25mg proviron is good enough for me.

at your dosage even proviron is not needed still it is good to use 25mg/day.

I have to agree with the above. Unless you are predisposed and very sensitive the chances of experiencing e-related side from 250 pw is pretty slim...
50mg of Proviron should be fine...
As far as "sexual overdrive", I personally do not experience it until I hit 75 to 100mgs pd. At 50mg the drive stays fairly level, a little more active an hour or so after taking the tab but nothing special. Now 100mg's pd is insane!!!

Bro, I guess ou didnt know this, but proviron is classIII and consindered an anabolic steroid. (even though it is hardly anabolic) you need a source for it, and as you probably know, askiong for sources is prohibited. I cant wait until it kicks in, I am also starting 1000 mg HCG EOD this week, I will drown my gf in cum!!!!!!!
