week 1-3 D-bol 25mgs ed
week 1-6 Deca 400mgs pw
week 1-10 Sus250 250mgs pw or 250mgs every 5 days
week 6-12 Primo400mgs pw
week 8-12 Winny 50mgs ed
week 8-12 Clen 60-100mgs 2on 2off
week 13 Clomid

Should I keep Nolvadex or Proviron on hand and what is the best way to use them...

I'd really look into getting some arimidex/liquidex and run that throughout the cycle until the end of clomid therapy.

You won't need arimidex with that cycle. It's too weak in the test department. The proviron will keep your body hard and will take care of what little estrogen you may build up. It will also keep your mind on getting laid all day. If you do see any water retention use the nolva but I doubt it with only 3 weeks of dbol and hardly enough test to notice it.

your not doing that much test

and you are not doing dbol long enough for nolvadex. Nolvadex is only used when you feel gyno coming on. I think you are fine with 40-60mg of proviron/day.
