Protuberance from right nipple - GH related?

So after the second day of GH I have a very tiny, prickly item barely poking out of the tip of my right nipple. It looks almost like a hair that would grow on the face the day after shaving.

It started out whitish but is now almost black, maybe due to dried blood? I haven't noticed any bleeding though.

It hasn't got any larger since first appearing four days ago, but is a bit sensitive when rubbed on by my shirt.

Left nipple is fine; the affected nipple-head feels slightly more raised due to the thing growing out of it I guess.

Can GH cause something like this or was it pure coincidence? Is it just hormonal?

I have no history of AAS usage or gyno. This is my first cycle of anything. BF is around %10-11 estimated. 29 y/o - using 2iu a day.

I'd see a doctor if it's worrying you, or if it's causing irritation. But if it were me, I'd probably get a pair of tweezers and rip it out. At 27, you probably don't have anything going on with natural hormone issues, unless you have a hormonal condition of some kind. This sounds goofy for me to say, but I've had something like that on a nipple, and it turned out to be a tiny piece of my own hair that got stabbed in there by my shirt, after I had a haircut! I wouldn't have gone to the doctor about it, but I happened to be up for a routine physical and I showed it to him. He pulled it out with tweezers, and there was a tiny abscess behind it. He looked under a microscope, and confirmed it was my own head hair. I never thought that could happen, until my barber told me she gets hair stabbed into her hands fairly often... Who'd a thought it!!??

I'd make an UNeducated guess, that it's just some kind of a zit, maybe from hormonal disturbance causing a would-be milk duct to get infected. I've had sore lumps behind my nipples on testosterone, but I don't think HGH affects the body in a way that could cause that. AGAIN; I'm not a doctor, so I'm just blabbing out my own thoughts.

Thanks for the reply. I am considering yanking it with tweezers, but I'm going to give it another day or so to see how it progresses.

I have tried to pop it pimple style but nothing seems to come of this route.

Any other input / experiences are welcome.
