When you guys talk about taking a 200-300 grams of protien a day are you calculating the food or just protein shakes. Im 20 and 175 and would like to work on my eating, cause nothin seems too work for me.
your probably not getting enough calories thosde are what are needed to get bigger protein helps considerably for muscle growth, but without 4000-5000 calories you won't grow on gear.
I would say 225 grams of protein would be fine and 4000-5000k caloreis will make you grow nicely.
