I know this is going to cause some debate but of all the protien powders & mrp's on the market I am having a hard time decideing which one is the way to go. Anyone out there have any recommendations? I am looking for something that has between 40-60 grams of protien per serving and tastes ok and easy to mix. Oh yeah has to have more than 20 servings per container. This is for a bulking cycle.

I have tried the entire EAS line (benifits of working part time at GNC) and did not like any of them Isopure tastes like shit. And something that doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

go can go to protein factory if you like to drink dog feces. sure they're a LITTLE bit cheaper, but they mail the stuff you in a bag that's closed with a rubber band, their shakes taste really chalky, and they just suck in my opinion. Try this bro, Get some Optimum Whey (very inexpensive) and get some low carb ISOPURE. Two scoops of optimum and one scoop of isopure, tastes good
You never know what you are actually getting with the protein factory, their mixer dude always f*cked up my orders. If you want an mrp use optimum whey with oatmeal.
i buy the HDT 5+1 lbs chocholate protein at vitamine shoppe..get an extra pound and tastes identical to optimums pure whey...i guess i gotta get the 10lber optimum but they dont have it at the vitamin shoppe and id rather jus go to the store instead of shipping...yeah so anyways 2 1/2 scoops in a cup of water and some ice with peanut butter and a banana...yummy..hhee
the cheapest, best tasteing shake I found yet, I would take this stuff even if I wasnt trying to get 300 grams of protein a day it tastes so good. Vitamin Shoppe's Body Tech whey tech chocolate flavor ummmm. Granted it only has 17 g per scoop, thats why I take 2 scoops. 37 (1 scoop) servings for $17
calories 100
total fat 1.5
carbs 3
protein 17
pro-rated protein, chocolate flavor is great tasting and a very good price. I got mine normal priced 8 pounds for 29.99$ at a local shop. Can't beat the taste, just like milk and nestle quick .... mmmmmmmm.
champion nutrion a little more pricey but by far the best tasting protein I have ever tried. you actually look forward to having a shake. their chocolate tastes like abetter version of nestle quick, I dont even believe that has protien in it it is that good.
you can get it for $48 from nutritionsource.com also. im like 500miles from them and always get my orders in a week total. longest wait was 11 days one time.
They have the best cheap protein. For those who think it taste bad you are mixing it wrong. You can customize it just like you want it. It doesn't come with any sweetener so you have to tell them to add it or they won't and that is why some people think it taste bad. They have
Vanilla
Chocolate
Banana
Fruit Punch
Tropical Orange
Strawberry
I am starting a bulking cycle myself. trying to stick to Mr. X's 40 / 30 / 30 diet. It's hard to stay away from carbs so I drink about 3 Isopures (no carb) a day. They cost about $2.63 at the VitaminShoppe. So it's like $7 for 120grams of protein. And they aren't the same old chocolate and vanilla shit. The apple melon is my fav. Peace
people, cheap nice tasting protein couldnt be easier. just buy cheap protein from proteinfactory or wheyconsortium.co.uk in the uk and then mix it up with milk and some instant milkshake mix. e.g. nesquik in the uk or nestle quick in the US. this makes it take good and how u want it and also gives u the right price.
im sure the actual protein is the same quality that other proteins are.
e.g. the one i get at wheyconsortium is 15kg/33lbs for 95 pounds/ $150 includes P+P.
which is a saving compared to other highstreet brands of about 250 pounds for me.
Personally i drink several shakes throughout the day that only contain 20g of protein. Depending on your body weight you can only process soo much protein at a time without getting sick. I have found that i can only intake 20g at a time of shakes(this does not count in refernece to food containg protein)
