i made 1- 50g whey 10g bovine and 1- 25g whey 40g casein 5g bovine mixed with half milk half water so far. the taste is better than most but doesnt hold up to muscle milk. the quality on the other hand is impressive. this is good shit. it will blow muscle milk and isopure out of the water any day of the wk. it will now be my only source of protein powder.
