I've been working out for maybe like 2 months. And without any supplements, So i decided to buy some protein. I know that i am suppose to drink it immedietely after my workout. But what about my off days when im not working out? Should I drink it? If so what time of day? How many per day?

ps. I also heard its good to go 1 month on protein and 1 month off protein so ur body doesn't depend on it.
