how much protien can the body absorbe at 1 time?

(reposted cuase i cant find the thread to read the replys.. sorry guys)

All speculation. No one really knows. Besides, protein remains in the body for several hours and you never know when the muscle fiber will utilize it or it'll be waste, so what's the difference? Just eat a LOT of it!

As for protein supplements, some are absorbed faster, some slower...I really don't think it makes much difference. A gram is a gram. Except for Spray Dried Super Plasma Protein. That stuff is in another league.

You couldn't find the other thread because a moderator moved it. I think they felt this wasn't the appropriate location for that type question....<shrug>

Maybe the nutrition area might have been better?

suppose ur right. sorry guys, its just that the aas forum is all i ever read up on, never think to check out the other forums!
