Protein with EQ and Winny

When i start to take my first cycle ever of Winny and EQ i was wondering what kind of protein should i buy. I heard that VPX makes good protein shakes. What do you guys recommend?
Also, how much protein will i need?

I would recommend a good combination protein that contains a mixture of whey and casein,such as found in Met-Rx...Also,don't forget the importance of FOOD proteins-Chicken,fish,egg whites,lean steaks,cottage cheese.

Is that the Micellar Casein formula?If so,that is an EXCELLENT protein...Micellar Casein my very well be the best protein on the planet...It has all the amino acids of wheys,but with an added bonus of being LOADED with lactoferrin,which has huge immuno-boosting properties.Not to mention it is a much slower releasing protein,so less AA's are oxidized and rendered useless for growth/repair.
