Protein Side Effects, et al...

I hope your eating lots of "real food" with your MetRX stuff. If not, that's likely the problem. They are NOT meant to fully replace all meals. Just one or two.
 
i had the same problem when I first started consuming a lot of protein. It was real bad. I took metamucil a couple of times a day until my body got used to it. There are no sideeffects to consuming large amounts of protein, other than getting big muscles i f you work out correctly.
 
how much are you talking about. I take about 1.25 grams per pound and am thinking of going up to 2 grams per pound that would be about 480 grams a day. Want some advise if anybody has take this amount of protein before.
