Try this....
1. Whey Protein (50 Grams worth)
2. 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
3. 1 tbs of fat/sugar free instant jello pudding mix.
4. 1 tbs of flax oil or peanut butter
5. 1 cup cold water
6. ice cubes
7. Whipped Cream (Chocolate or regular.....there is no carbs in it and 1 gram of fat!!!)
There are many flavors of pudding out. (Banana, Choc., White Choc., Vanilla, Butterscotch etc.) I like choc. protein powder with banana pudding and a tbls of peanut butter. There are many combinations.
I never get sick of them!!!
