Protein Shakes= Waste Of Money

you gettign "leaner" is probably due to sodium content bro

as far as night time formula

try adding Gplenish with that night time cocktail

you wont be let down
 
The only time i really consider refined protein sources to be of use is post workout where whey protein delivers optimal amino flow to your muscles via a nice little insulin spike.
 
El, to be honest no but i've cut down the amount of shakes and sups i take
I only have a shake no post workout and sometimes at breakfast if im in a rush to get to work lol

but i'm eating alot more food protein sources now and no difference to be honest :)
 
My milk isolate is substantially cheaper per gram than protein from meat. Just an FYI, it would actually cost me substantially mor eto get it from meat.
 
You post implies that you are using the isolate as a replacement.
It should merely be a supplement.
This is what I'm getting at. Too many people using supps before food.
Some of the guys at my gym eat one, maybe two food protein sources a day. Then they chug down 3-4 shakes a day.
oh....and they don't look good!
