Hey does anyone have any expierence w/ this brand.. I think I might buy these being that they would last me MUCH longer and save a whole lot of money for me. Check them out... Thanks.

Thats just some generic brand. Did you notice that this stuff has 24g carbs per serving? I am not sure whether or not this is something like dextrose or fructose. You really should find this out because it would be a bad idea to have 24g of fructose with your post workout shake because this will be stored as liver glycogen rather then muscle glycogen and this is not what you want.

Carbs are good for me... I add 2 more bananas to my shakes. As far as the carbs go, there are only 3 sugars... so these must be 'good' carbs. If someone more educated could enlighten me on the matter. Thanks.
