Protein Shake?

who here has a protein shake that has over 2500 cals?

of so what is in it?

but 2500 calories in 1 meal??!? i wonder what your other meals look like. it hink 2500 might be a little too much.
 
haha yeah thats probably a little to much but a lot of people have told me that i should get a 3000 cal weight gainer so i wanted to see who has one
 
A large plain pizza from dominoes is 1984 calories. so trying to get 2500 calories eating clean is gonna be a bit hard, lol. what you can do is buy a vanilla or chocolate whey protein, add allnatural peanut butter, banana, fat free yogurt, and use fat free milk or whole milk to make it even more calories. also throw in some heavy whipping cream. thats a nice way to pack on some calories while eating healthy. weight gainers have alot of sugar in them so they suck.
 
When you drink protien, (either protein powder or liquid protein like raw eggs, or dairy) the small surface area allows it to be digested immediately and it all hits your system at the same time. Anything more than 30-35 grams at one time and the excess will simply be excreted in your urine (that figure is higher if you're taking gear). 35 grams of protein is 140 calories. That means that any shake you make at 2500 calories is going to have a very high proportion of fat and carbs.

Get up half an hour earlier and have a solid meal before school. Fill 3 thermoses with protein shakes at 600 calories each and drink them throughout the day. Space evertyhing out so that you eat or drink a protein shake every 2 hours or so.
