I'm on a Targeted Ketogenic Diet and was wondering if it would be ok to drink my protein shakes and maintain ketosis. Theres 2g of carbs in every scoop and 17.5g of protein. I planned on having 2 scoops in the morning and maybe one in the afternoon or before bed. So would it be ok or would I be cheating myself?
