Hi guys,
I was wondering if any of you guys in the UK used any good online sources for your protein powder.
I was considering getting Prolab's Pure Whey from www.gymratz.co.uk becuase it comes in a 5lb tub but was wondering if you guys had any other better/cost effective suggestions? I'm finding it rather daunting trying to get 2g per lb of bodyweight in order to help me bulk, even at my measly 160 lbs thats still over 300g!
