I get the crazy gas, something in the powder that makes me almost crap my pants every 20 mins, wonder what it is. Don't get mad shits like some of you though.

I believe you guys found out that you're LACTOSE intolerant. I had the same problem 'till I realized what it was. I switched to Twin Lab 2500 Powerder that is for Lactose intolerant people.........no more shits.
