protein intake

Lets ay you are trying to consume 250g of protein a day. How much of that can come from shakes and still have good results?
 
I think most would agree no more than 1 shake per day. So... maybe 40 grams counting the milk its in. If you divide it, out 200g a day is only 33g per meal if you get 6 meals.
 
Depends what kind of shake it is. Shakes that digest fast (all of them except for casein) are only good postworkout, or maybe first thing in the morning. So I'd say no more than two but ONLY if they are taken upon waking and postworkout. shakes at any other time are not going to get digested well.
