Protein intake

I am trying to figure out the best source of protein. I have tried several types of protein shakes and just can't seem to find one that I can take without feeling extremely full and bloated. Any suggestions on brand, flavors, or another high source of protein? Thanks guys. (Keep in mind this is all during a cycle.)
 
Well you will always grow bigger off of food rather than protein supplements! Chicken Breast/tuna/egg(whites)/soy products ect ect. Im not saying protein shakes ect dont have their place however if you can, eat whole food except for situations that call for fast acting whey protein like pwo for example

I like Optimum protien or champion nutrition protein ... muscle milk IS good..but does mess with my stomach
 
I used to use Optimum Nutrition, but after a couple years it used to make me feel naseous a couple hours later. I switched to All The Whey, which was good for me for awhile, then the same thing happened.

Now I get all of my protein from food with the exception of 1 MetRX RTD51 immediately after I workout.

It's tough to take in alot of protein from regular food, especially if you're trying to lose weight, but it is possible.
