i'm just wondering how much protein everyone takes in on days when they are not at the gym - or doing any cardio.
do you still take the same amount as you do on workout days?
example
days when I'm at the gym I take in 400g / protein
(im 215 - 220lbs) - 200g is from protein shakes.
thoughts?
