Every protein I have used fucks up my stomach. I have recently been trying to get all my protein from food, ie: tuna, chicken, fish, ect. It is almost impossible. I have to eat costantly. Does anyone have any suggestions.
I have literally tried almost everything on the market. I even have trouble with protein bars. I have IBS so that is part of the problem. My diet is very strict with almost no dairy or sodium, because it irritates the IBS>

If you are lactose intolerant which it sounds like, then try using a microfiltered whey isolate or an ion exchange whey isolate or a cfm whey isolate. There lactose free. I'm guessing your using a whey concentrate ?
No, no I haven't. I will try that. I had the Ibs under control, and could eat and take anything just fine, but then the FDA pulled Lotronex off nthe shelves. Since then, I have to be extremely strict with my diet, and even then I feel like shit a few days a week.
