Normally people voice opinions when they are pissed off about something they purchased but I do want to say for whatever it's worth I am VERY impressed with the customer service I've received from Protein Factory on the products I've ordered thus far for a few reasons:
1) They keep you in touch with your order via email, by giving you and order acknowledgement instantly upon ordering and then a follow up telling you the product is out the door.
2) I've ordered from them 4 times so far and there was a mistake in the order that was corrected by them THAT DAY. I had received the corrected order slightly more than 24 hours later.
This in contrast to a vendor that I will not mention here that I attempted to purchase a training book from. I made a mistake on the order screen and picked "UG" (Uganda) instead of US for the destination shipping country. Fortunately (or so I thought) I spotted this on the order acknowledgment which I received TWO DAYS later. I then called them to correct this and they were telling me that the order number THAT THEY GAVE ME WAS INCORRECT!!! I was reading the damn thing STRAIGHT out of the email that they gave me.They said that they couldn't see the order at that time (which confused the shit out of me) and that when it DID come through they'd correct the country code. To make a long story short I STILL hadn't received said book AFTER 8 BUSINESS DAYS and called them. They said they would send out another copy which arrived 5 days after that call. I figure since I already waited so long they could at least Fed-Ex the goddamn book to me.
Anyway my point is that usually people are only vocal when they receive bad customer service. I'm happy to report the opposite with Protein Factory.
