Protein Consumtion

Ok so im heading for 240g per day.
Im 166lbs at 5"9

Now my question is, on days where im not doing weights (just abs) should i keep the protein intake at the same 240g ? Or just 240g on days im doing weights?

Meal 1 - Whey Protein Shake - Meal 2 - Whey Protein Shake - Meal 3
( ? )--------- (60g Protein)----------- (?)--------- (60g Protein)---------- (?)


In those meals what other stuff do i need like carbs etc... and what type of foods contain what i will need?

try starting with 500g carbs. you need carbs in every meal. also high fat. get 10+ g of fat in every meal. try something like this.

1 eggs, turkey bacon, ezekiel toast, oj, milk
2 steak (or any beef) sweat tater, broccoli
3 chicken, spinach, oats

add a whey casein shake with penut butter in it right before you go to bed.

i would do less shakes and more meals but if this is how you are going to do it i would do it that way. also make the shakes with milk

all 1 meal. the oj, ezekiel toast, and milk give you a good mix of simple and complex carbs. the eggs, milk, and turkey bacon give you a good mix of protein and fats. i would try to get 60% from the eggs, 25% from milk and 15% from the turkey bacon
