I HAVE BEEN TRAINING PROPERLY FOR ABOUT A YEAR BUT ONLY RECENTLY HAVE I REALLY TRIED TO STICK TO A 'EAT SHITLOADS' DIET.........CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADVISE ME................I AM GETTING PLENTY OF PROTEIN AND HAVING 6 MEALS A DAY..............THE ONLY THING THAT IS CONCERNING ME IS THAT DUE TO MY WORK SITUATION AT LEAST TWO OF THOSE MEALS COME IN THE FORM OF CHICKEN / FISH SANDWICHES..........ARE THE CARBS FROM THE WHOLEMEAL BREAD A PROBLEM OR DOES IT NOT MATTER AS LONG AS I AM GETTING THE PROTEIN? HELP APPRECIATED!! THANKS
