I usually use optimum's 10lb bag for 50 bucks, but switched to isopure's 7.5lb tub for around 59$

I've been trying out different protein powders for the last few months... so its been costing me more to get the smaller bottles. I get usually 3 2-3lb bottles every month or so. 3 shakes per day. Lasts a bit over a month. So right now, around $90 a month. Once I settle down and find a protein I want to stay with, it'll be cheaper.

listen, if anyone is in san jose they need to go to the muscle factory and buy their protien. its owned by one of my buddies and i can honestly say its the best kind. 50 g protien per serving with 0 g sugar and 2 g of carbs!
and it tastes great and doest lump up when mixing. you can mix it with a spoon. wow i look like a sales man huh, lol. no but seriously, im in sol cal and i order this protien from him, thats how good it is.

oh, btw,
did i mention its cheaper than any protien out too? i think 49$ for a 5lb tub. each serving is only 2 scoops!

One 5lb tub of ON, one 2lb tub of casein, maybe another 2lb tub of a mix for shitz and giggles...........runs me about $75-100, but last about 2 months...........
