J Judo Tom Plat Hero Platinum Jul 7, 2011 #2 60g throughout the day in 3 shakes can work... 60g at once.. not gonna help all that much IMO. if you wanted it as a mrp type shake mix in whey/egg/milk that will work pretty well.

M max9446 New member Jul 7, 2011 #3 so something with 30g casein and 30g whey is pointless? wouldnt it get absorbed half instantly and half over time?
