Protein absorption? QUAD, HUCK

I've heard that a person can only break down aprox 50g of protein at a time. Anyone know the truth to this? The reason I ask primarily is because of my MRD. I use ISOPURE & it has 50g of protein, well I also mix with 2 cups of 2% milk so there's 62 grams. I can conserve on the amount of protein powder use if I cut down & this info is correct. Also, if you miss a meal & decide to drink a shake with your next, that makes it wasted protein.

When using aas your ability to break down protein is increased many fold! So you ok w/that amount if your on!

I am currently doing that & always have been even when not on cycle. I want to know for when I'm in the off cycle mode. I can't afford to overload on it all year round. I do take in as much as possible when on AAS.

There is no 'set point' of how much protein can be absorbed,as our systems are constantly modifiying and adaptating. The use of A/S can actually improve our utilization of proteins EVEN WHILE OFF,by increasing myonuclei/cellular populations. You can force your system to adapt and utilize more intra-cellular proteins by simply becoming larger and stronger. The administration of ginger root as stated above will greatly increase uptake of amino's through the intestinal wall and into blood where they can meet their targeted cells, rather than being shuttled out for excretion.
