Fast protein and slow. Whey is fast, casein is slow. We can also slow protein absorbtion by adding fibers to the protein. But if you rank a few, starting with the fastest protein and going down..how would it look like(only the protein itself, not with any carbs or fat..think of a fat free, carb free tuna can..for example)

#White Fish??
# Pork??
# Red meat
# Chicken meat
#casein protein??
