Prostate Problem?

Hello....

I started taking that Stimulant X a month ago. i lost about 20lbs on this stuff but ever since i started taking it i noticed my testicles and penis shrunk quite a bit. I figured i would do this for a month to burn the fat and sacrafice my manhood. Well finally i could not take it anymore because now i have a hard time getting full erections. so i been off of it for a week now. Also i noticed that the area between anus and scrotum feels weird. it doesnt hurt, but seems like it is straining 24/7. especially when doing cardio (elliptical machine), even when if i keep my abs tight. other symptoms are when i have to piss it takes a longer time to come out and when i think i am done, i will shake it off, zip up, then walk away, then i will notice a huge puddle in my pants a few minutes later. when i ejaculate it there isnt as much semen as there use to be and it doesnt shoot out it just drips. do u think i have a enlarged prostate or what? also, i take saw palmetto every day/night but it doesnt seem to help. thanks
