Hey guys. Been on HRT for 1.5 yrs now and am now getting noticeable restrictions while urinating. Erections are ok - I am 48 now but wood is good. Is there any natural substance out there besides Saw Palmetto? I take that crap everyday and no noticeable difference - still hard to pee....

It is a fact that added aas and aging will result in prostate growth. I had the sono exam done (wow!) and mine was "enlarged". Scared me, but all the drs said normal. Check your PSA.

Find an OTC supp that has saw palmetto and pumpkin seed extract, or take a couple spoonfuls of pumpkin seeds every day. I actually had some leakage years ago when I was on ECA stack. I took proscar for a month or so and I was fine. Proscar has it's own issues with long term use but I wouldn't hesitate to go back to that if need be.

I'm 10 years older than you and although I'm not on anything yet it still happened. Ask your dr. for tamsulosin 0.4mg. It's generic Flomax. Worked for me.
