Proposed DNP cycle

Critique this cycle please:

First Stats:

50 years old, 5’5”, 158#, 11% BF (checked today), not on gear, just clen. I’m actually a very small person, (height and bone structure) and at 50 people claim I appear to have 4%bf. It is all in my stomach and waist, the worst place to have it.

I have a torn biceps tendon that is giving me pain, so I will only be able to do cardio, abs, and legs, on this cycle. I don’t want to lose any muscle so If possible I will add upper body when my biceps quits throbbing.

I have never used DNP, so I want to start slow and try it with a mild cycle, here is my proposal:


Day 1 400mg
Day 2 400mg
Day 3 600mg
Day 4 600mg
Day 5 600mg
Day 6 600mg
Day 7 600mg
Day 8 600mg
Day 9 600mg
Day 10 600mg

Done

Plan on a High protein, moderate fat, moderate carb, reduced calorie diet, under 2000 calories if possible. Do not have air-conditioning and live on the beach, normally it isn’t needed all year and it is quite cool here, nights are below 60 degrees, days have not been much over 72 lately.


Is the above cycle going to be effective?
