propionyl L-carnitine

Hi all

I bought some propionyl L-carnitine a couple of months ago from 1fast400. I have not got around to using it yet. I now want to start only problem is there are no details on when to take it, only dosages.

When is the best time to use it? how much do i take? what do i take it with?
