Can someone please tell me in where i can find a site that will explain to me in detail how to weight train different muscles and how to do it. I follow up on some of what to do and excersises on these forums but alot of them im not sure how to work certain muscles or exactly witch mucle it is. Thanks for you time.

Go to the powerlifting forum and read the stickies on Bench, deads, and squats.
Then go to the Bill Starr's 5x5 thread (in this forum) and theres some links in there that show a wide variety of exercises. Theres a good site in the "power shrug" link.

Think about investing in a few books and DVDs.
I like the Gold Gyms books for exercise description and photos.
Many of the champs have dvds for sale that show each exercise. Lee Haney made a good set.

I also shop Amazon dot com for books and DVDs that are used, but in like new condition.

http://ast-ss.com/training/exercises/execution.asp?bp=Back&pn=10

this link is a page with all kinds of back exercises but to the left are all the different body parts...just click what body part you want and it gives you a list of alot of exercises with that body part - which in turn when you click a specific exercise thoroughly explains how to do the exercise PROPERLY and shows pictures of the exercise - it helped me ALOT my first week on this website when i was reading on "hypers" and "deadlifts" and stuff i had no idea existed...

hope it helps you as much as it helped me

You need to hire a PT for an hour and get the info you desire

Don't do THAT! There's plenty of PTs here who are happy to give you solid advice for FREE. There are so many bullshit PTs that don't know a thing, it will be good luck if you find one that can give you as good advice as we can offer.

There is more than enough info on these boards to keep you on track, put down a plat membership fee and use the plat search for all of your needs!
