Proper way to take 500mg/wk test?

yup.

i'm planning to take 20mg nolva eod and 0.5mg adex eod.

unfortunately i have to delay the start of my cycle until i can get some adex or at least liquidex. seems to be out of stock everywhere.

plus i still need to dilute the HCG. I am thinking 1cc bwater per 1000iu, then use a slin pin and measure up 0.5cc 2x per week.

damn, this is a lot of work, ha ha ha.
