Proper use of HCG

I've been told not to use the whole 5000 iu at once because it can actually increase the chances of gyno at the end of a heavy cycle. What is the proper use of HCG? I have 10000 iu I am planning on using along with clomid at the end of my cycle.

Do not use HCG post cycle, Save it while on cycle and use Clomid post cycle.
