proper nolva dosing

I've heard SO fucking many different ways to take nolvadex at the end of my cycle (which is fast approaching). i Am on 10 weeks of

test enan - 500mgs/ wk
eq 400 mgs/ wk
winny 250mgs /wk

What I will most likely do is take 20mgs daily 2 starting weeks after my last shot.

Suggestions?????

20mgs for three weeks should be fine and hcg wouldn't hurt. The winny is going to be taken every day or every other day right? Not one dose for the whole week.

i lkie 40mg for the first 2 weeks then drop down to 20 for another few weeks
i would also run some hcg check out the post cycle board for some solid pct info
