Proper form for box squats?

I'm going to try these out tonight and wondered what I needed to do. I think I have the form right, but any help would be good. I also wonder what weight I should use? My workset would be 325 x8 for tonights session, but have no idea for box squats. Anyways, any help would be great. Thanks all..
 
First question, are you following WSB methods?

Second question: if you're following WSB methods, would this be your ME or DE night?
 
Well, I went ahead and did them yesterday. I think my form was pretty good, and it felt alot different than regular squats. I liked them for the most part. I hit 275 x8 and I think that was alright. One quick question though. WHen I sit down, it's a quick touch and then fire back up, right? Or am I supposed to pause at the bottom and then come back up? Other that that, then were fun :)
 
Its a complete sit down with pause, then burst back up. Relax on the bottom, but do not get sloppy with form.
