proper diet while on sus?

I heard that i should stay away from fatty foods and salts while on sus, and stick to high protein and high cal diet. from anyone elses experience are there any other foods that i should deff stay away from?
 
High sugery carbs are the worst. Salty foods will increase fluid retention. A fair amount of fat especially of the unsaturated kind is quite good, do not worry about the fats in lean meats.
 
Keep it simple and just eat clean!

Keep your protein high - I like getting my protein from real food i.e. eggs, chicken, tuna, sirloin steak.

Carbs moderate - focus on complex carbs i.e. oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, yams. Use simple carbs for post w/o.

Fat - make sure you are getting good fat in your diet i.e. Olive oil, Flax Seed, Peanuts, and Natural Peanut Butter.

Water - Drink at least 1-1.5 gallons h20 daily

Watch your salt intake and I like to keep my dairy intake to a minimum.

Sorry to say this, if you are asking this question than you are not really ready to use AAS. You need a good foundation and your diet should already be in check before attempting to hop on. What is next, how should I train while on sust or is it ok to drink while on? Focus on your diet and training first, save the cycle for later!
