Keep it simple and just eat clean!
Keep your protein high - I like getting my protein from real food i.e. eggs, chicken, tuna, sirloin steak.
Carbs moderate - focus on complex carbs i.e. oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread, yams. Use simple carbs for post w/o.
Fat - make sure you are getting good fat in your diet i.e. Olive oil, Flax Seed, Peanuts, and Natural Peanut Butter.
Water - Drink at least 1-1.5 gallons h20 daily
Watch your salt intake and I like to keep my dairy intake to a minimum.
Sorry to say this, if you are asking this question than you are not really ready to use AAS. You need a good foundation and your diet should already be in check before attempting to hop on. What is next, how should I train while on sust or is it ok to drink while on? Focus on your diet and training first, save the cycle for later!
