would it be alright to do 150mgs every 4 days if i'm doing a amp of sus(250 mgs) with eq 400 mgs a week?

also going to add var in week 3 @ 30 mgs a day.

Not suggested IMHO. 250 every 4 days is better

I would do Prop every other day because of it's short half life. Do anywhere from 100 - 125mg. EOD keeps your blood levels constant and doesnt give the prop a chance to taper off.

Prop is best used atleast EOD, better IMO to use ED.

No, just because you are adding more doesn't mean that it will stay in your system longer. The half life is ester related, not dose related.
EOD or ED injections are best.
