Hey guys, been awhile since I posted on here. First off let me give you all my stats. I'm 28 years old, 5'9, 215, and have 5 ph cycles under my belt. I'll be starting my next cycle tommorow, it's gonna be propadrol/m1t cycle. My goal is to gain as much lean mass as possible, My diet will be pretty clean, lots of lean chicken and tuna. Ofcourse lots of protein shakes and plenty of support supps. This is what the cycle will look like:
Week 1: Propadrol 120 mg
Week 2: Propadrol 120 mg/M1T 5mg
Week 3: Propadrol 120 mg/M1T 10mg
Week 4: Propadrol 120 mg/M1T 15mg
Week 5: Nolva 40mg/Aromasin 15mg
Week 6: Nolva 40mg/Aromasin 15mg
Week 7: Nolva 20mg/ Aromasin 10mg
Week 8: Nolva 20mg/Aromasin 5mg
Support Supps: Milk thisle, Liv. 52, CQ10, omega 3&6, saw plemento, mult vitamin/mineral, and vitamin C.
I will update this thread as much as I can and give you guys a breakdown of how these compound worked on me. Also, would like to known what you guys think about my PCT, is it strong enough or should I change something. Thanks in advance for any advise.
