Well i do bake my prop and the actual prop shots aren't that bad BUT my glutes are destroyed from hitting them so often so now its down to quads and pecs....quads i'm fine with but pecs get knotted up and hinder my training. i just dumped 2cc's of prop into my quad....i had the vial of test e sitting there but was like..naw stop being a pussy and stick the prop...much better gains.
