Hello guys this prop is killing which ever site I pin my delt is killing today how do you manage to work out with this sort of pain ??? Can I take paracetamol to help please respond cause this is some serous pain!

Yea exact same for me laid there shoulder pain is un real god knows how I'm gonna do back biceps today !

Pain will go away in few days this is what I experienced so far from injecting delts

prop is always painful, have you tried doing smaller shots, like less than 1/2 ml

No pal I thought 1ml was pretty small dose as it is the guy told me this has some eo and will be painless let's just say when I see him I'm gonna take his head OFF!

Just took 2 paracetamol and the pain has nearly gone lol I'm so happy didn't think It would work

First cycle pal am doing 100mg eod the pain is unreal but it is virgin muscle never been pinned !
Paracetamol deff helps !
