how would you guys run it
BTW i have 100mg prop and 75mg Fina

cycle 1
100mg prop ED and 1/2cc of fina for 8wks

or

cycle 2
1 1/2cc prop 1 1/2cc EOD for 8wks

What are your goals?

I would suggest 100mg prop EOD along with 75mg of fina EOD! Proper PCT of course!
 
yes i ran fina for the last 4wks of a SUS only cycle at 75mg EOD and loved it

goals are to look better not looking for tons of mass

PCT and diet are in check
 
Cutting, I've been running 6weeks of 150mg prop/50mg fina ED with 1.25mg liquid letro e3d. Started at 225lbs/18%BF, now 232lbs/15-16%BF with a strict (but not calorie deficient) diet and cardio every AM.

I'm one pissed off mofo all the time, though, and I don't sleep a whole lot. I plan to go 12 weeks, we'll see if I can take it, emotionally...

What are you doing for cardio? How much? How often, what routine for wt training? Great results so far! I'm finishing up my current cycle with prop 200mg eod and 90mg tren eod. TnT is a great combo for me. GD, I feel great, tight, kinda pumped all the time. The last week, I might substitute winney for tren, and hope not to crash too hard.
 
Cardio- ED AM prior to 1st meal: 45min. low intensity (65-75% MHR) bike or treadmill. (a few times a week, when I don't want to stay 45min. I'll do some higher intensity intervals for 25min.)

Weights- 4 evenings/week: 45-60min. heavy as I can with strict form, 3sets/8-10reps, 1-2 muscle groups per session

Diet: Meals 2-3hr apart
Meal 1 and 3: Protein/fat solid food
Meal 2 and 4: Isolate/water/flax oil
Meal 5: PWO Isolate/Dextrose
Meal 6: Protein/fat solid food or Protein/low GI carbs solid food
(Pretty much strait keto on off training days...)
(I like to eat oatmeal eod for meal 1 but then I have to remove the fat component from that meal.)
(Cheat meal on occasion, or good clean carbup every 2 or 3 weeks.)
