prop cycle pics and feedback

Halfway through my prop cycle and just want to get some feed back i have put on about 10 lbs but i only wnat about that or 15 nothing too much but pics r ok let me know what ya think we all like feed back :p

I am at 180 right now at 6' but i was 135 about 2yrs ago so huge improvment and lots of work

it is just 100 mgs of prop eod for 7 weeks or so maybe 8 but no water retention at all and i feel greta and strength is growing
 
Looking good bro, I am about your same weight now but 5'9 and about a year and half ago I weight 135lbs too.
 
you just need some definition. Your size is getting there.. work yer abs a bit more and those arms. What bf% are you?
 
2nd cycle but I am working hard taking in like 9000 or so cals a day struffing my face 3 shakes and it is just tought for me to gain but the prop I am doing was kinda a test run a a new product I got refered from a friend and well worth it I feel great I just wnat a bit more in the chest i think it is 12 or 13 for BF
 
sorry to flame bro but 9000 cal a day come on most of your pro bodybuilders cant eat that much. do you realize how much food that is and if your getting it all from protein drinks then no wonder you cant put any size on, you have to eat solid food bro. i know because i have been a hard gainer all my life and im drug free went from 110lbs out of highschool and now at 178lbs at 36 years old 5'8" tall. i am currently bulking right now have been for the last 2 months and i take in about 4500 cal a day and that pushing it for me there is no way i could eat 9000 cals a day and i have a good appetite. anyways here is a pic of me i took a few days ago.
 
Keep up the good work bro. 35ripped is right. Eat a lot of solid foods. There are a lot of things in them that shakes can't replace!
 
each shake i take in is 1700 cals 3 a day i am up too 5100 already on top of the massive food I eat 5 or 6 meaks a day not huge not small like 8 oz chix, 11 sirloin, baked potatos, chili ect.. i work in a restaraunt so it is all easy access but it is around there give or take any advice
 
I disagree with you on that about the shakes. I eat solid foods when I am bulking but the majority of my meal program is 6-7 shakes and I gain good and strength increases everytime. One time I went from 195 to 235 during an 8 week cycle and I was reping 315 on the flat bench for sets of 10 and squatting deep to the floor 315 for reps of 10. and when I was done with that cycle which consisted of Test suspension 100mg eod I just lost 11lbs which was water. I cannot sit there and stuff my face with all that food. It is a whole lot easier to drink it down. My point is just because it does not work for you does not mean it will not work for someone else. Everyone gains differently. There is no set way to gain because our bodies are all different.

I agree with you I think taht si the prob I mena If I am talking in that much I should be a moose but it has always been hard for be to gian so any suggestions I mean i eat very healthy and make sure to eat right but the shake thing is a lot easier than eat 50 oz of prime rib

Anybody who has achieve a freaky look will tell you it was not easy. It's not suppose to be easy. I use to eat until I could not possibly chew more food, to jaw failure...lol That's when I would down a shake.
 
i was 135 now 180 pretty solid so no complaints but being 200 or 210 is a hell of a lot better but i just have to keep at it huh and thos fucking shakes mean there is only so much i can drink but hopefully it will all work out thnaks bigandy
