hey guys, normally i post under heath1282 but had account problems, so here i am. anyways, im finishing up a 12 week cycle of 500mg test cyp. how many of you guys run something like prop for 2 weeks while your waiting for the cyp to clear? was it worthwile? or should i just stop and wait til p.c.t.?

I would like to hear the pros and cons of this.

Essentially, one school of thought says that you shouldn't start PCT until you only have about 100 mg of test left to process. This lends well to ending with the prop because you can control with great accuracy when you are at that point.

Mostly on this board people are more concerned about the possibility of crash and thus don't wait for test levels to drop so low. Here moderate HCG use throughout the cycle is suggested with the PCT protocol starting the week after the last Test E injection (or day after last prop)

Personally i like what's suggested here but i would certainly like to hear more opinions.

the long acting ester from the test cyp will have a natural cascading affect after your last shot and will slowly taper down. that is exactly what you want when coming off to avoid the crash of a immediate drop in blood levels. in my opinion i think it would be a waste to run the prop at the end. beginning yes. end no

yes, but what im saying is, since the cyp will take about 2 weeks to clear my system, why not add prop for those weeks and then start p.c.t. as planned on cyp? i dont understand how the crash could be any different than a cycle of prop. say, if i ran 50mg ed then stopped on a friday and started p.c.t. the following monday.

thanks bros! i will save it. i just have more than i can use and was tryin to fugure out a good way to get rid of it. anyways, next cycle, prop and var!
