I would like to add to this line of thought.
As you know, if you work your muscles, then they will grow.
Why would it be different for your penis? Just find those workouts for your penis and do them everyday for a couple months. You will see more girth and length (although don't expect more than 1-2" overall even after 6 months). It is logical, especially for guys that work out.

But, it will not be just a regular yanking session. It will actually require you to avoid spanking for the 10-20 minutes you perform the exercises.

Organs can get enlarged also, can they not? Anyway, the excercises that 2Thick is talking about do have some merit. You might get lucky also and have "untapped" length meaning you may see a rapid increase in length. For me, 1/2 inch in a week when I first started. I haven't been doing them lately, but I believe they work.
