PROOF That a Supplement Works

Sometimes it's tough to tell is something is working when it comes to supps. After all, they just SUPPLEMENT what you know you need. For example, we all know we need Vitamin C. But you do'tnt really feel it working. If you were deficient you'd get scury, but who the fuck gets scurvy? That doesn't mean taking extra doesn't have its benefits, such as increased collegan and tendon strength.

But some stuff should be questioned. For example, I wrote an article a few years back where I said that if glutamine is so good, do this: buy $100 worth of glutamine and take $10 worth a week for a couple of months and tell me how much you've grown. I think the answer would be; "not one bit." People always say "I recovered better." How the fuck do you know how you would have recovered otherwise?

Now you can't expect supps to act like drugs and many herbs and nutrients work as health guards. (You can't tell how much Liv 52 is helping your liver -- you just have to take precautions and trust that it is).

But here's the kick. Buy $100 of BIG BLAST and use it for a month. Then tell me if you' notice a difference. I'm sure you'll say FUCK YEAH. Use $100 worth of Beastrol or UNLEASHED or AMP02 or DeisalBolan. If you commit to the use, YOU"RE GOING TO NOTICE a difference! That's the sign of a good supplement.

i ordered mutant mass.. lean mass weight gainer ..so ill try that out...

If recovery was slow before you started taking glutamine and faster after.. I think its safe to say it worked.

Not really sure if your saying you need to notice a difference for a supp to be worthwhile.. but they all do different things. . some are harder to notice but important.

Question about Big Blast thought. I've never tried it as it seems like more of a weight gainer.. but when "Gear" comes out, wouldn't it be just the same to get a nice cheaper protein or something and take some Gear with it?

But recovery is determined by so many things. I've done similar workouts and recovered fast from some, slow from others. You just never know. Besides, if you're recovering too well, maybe you're not training hard enough. It's a tough one to gadge.

BIG BLAST is a a gainer, no doubt. As for adding GEAR with a cheaper protein -- yeah. That'll work. You can get 100 grams of protein from a couple of BIG BLAST shakes. Getting 100 grams of protein from GEAR can get pricy, but if you're okay with that, it'll work great. GEAR is designed for time when you want that boost of nitrogen -- pre and post workout and in between meals. But obviously, the more you use, the better.
 
You simply judge the product as being effective or not by simply seeing/feeling results! Whats the difference in "recovering faster/slower" if you don't experience strength increases/stamina/weight gain, etc. Thats these supplement companiies claim to fame...Saying it works although you might not see any 'clear results'. hahah
