My bro at the gym got me to do my first ph cycle... Androdrol 4weeks, he wanted me to stacked with halovar4 weeks more and arimidex after that.... Any thoughts on this???

I'm 6,2 220lb, 27 yrs old

Bomb as a slow way into better supplements....

Hahahah don't really believe in bf% but should be around 16%
Diet it's simple around 50-60 prot 100-120carbs and 16 or less of fat... Lots of veggies and some fruit lots of water and coffee...

Workout... 4 days a week
Chest-back-arms-legs - no cardio since I'm an ectomorph when I started this bb competition goal
I was 6'2 and 140lb.

120g carbs= 480cals
16g fat= 144cals
Total= 864 cals

3 days a week upper body with one lower? Thats a good way to end up with a johnny bravo physique.

Also not doing cardio is a generally a bad idea. Whats all that muscle good for if your exhausted just from getting out of bed in the morning. Do your cardio just eat more to compensate for it, your metabolism will be up so shouldn't be hard to down the extra calories.

I am aware of the imbalance.... Legs respond the better than any other muscle to excercise, but just this week moving to a rutine where I can hit every muscle group twice a week.

Thx for the advice on cardio... I'll make sure to get some this week... Maybe some biking.
 
for your first PH cycle, i wouldnt reccomend stacking them... see how your body responds to each on its own first... at least that is generally the more sensable approach...
sounds like you have been making some solid gains... although im not too fond of your split... blast those legs bro, they can take a hell of a beating...

I think I'll take the time.... If by week three i feel ok I'll go for halovar. I forgot to mention that I'm starting to take also milk thistle just to make sure the liver don't suffer.
And yeah... Not crazy with my split either... Guess have to do the best I can with two jobs and a gym with reduce hours.... Bu hey open to suggestions to improve the slplit...'ha!
